Deep Water Aerobics
An intense workout designed for people who really want to get their heart rate moving by providing a challenge. All members must be comfortable in deep water with support and willing to break a sweat.

Water Aerobics
Boost your energy and increase your strength and flexibility in this class by getting both a cardiovascular workout and resistance training using hand bells, noodles and other water aerobics equipment.

Arthritis Aquatics
This class consists of exercises that work all of your joint and muscle groups. Exercising in the water promotes optimum joint flexibility, muscle strength, endurance, coordination and balance.
